The Federated HSA was proud to work with Stigma Free Glen Rock, its member schools, SEPAC and the Glen Rock School District as sponsors of the Glen Rock "Angst" documentary online screening and follow-up panel in the Spring of 2021.
The discussion of the panel of mental health experts (including 3 who are also Glen Rock Moms) was filled with useful information on anxiety in children and teens and practical suggestions on how to. cope with anxiety in the moment. It's a great resource for anyone who is struggling with anxiety in themselves or in their family.
